As we begin to welcome you back into our stores, we want to assure you of our continued commitment to the health and safety of our customers and employees.
Prior to reopening, our stores have received a thorough cleaning and will continue to be cleaned before trade, throughout the day and in-between each patron. Our in-store experts are maintaining a 1.5m distance as well as limiting the number of patrons in store at a time. While we have suspended testers and face-to-face consultations, our experts can provide you with free samples of any formula you’re curious about.

HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES IN STORE
We want to assure you of our continued commitment to the health and safety of our customers and employees. Prior to reopening, stores will adhere to the following protocols:
1. STORE SANITISATION
Our stores will be sanitized daily by our KCRS - before trade, throughout the day and in-between each patron. Also skin consultation devices & testers will not be utilised temporarily
2. STAFF & PATRON SAFETY
Hand sanitizer will be available at high-touch locations inside the store for our KCRS and patrons to utilise. Our KCRs follow strict protocols for hand hygiene and before serving each patron will sanitize their hands. Masks and gloves are also available for our KCRs
3. SOCIAL DISTANCING
All patrons and KCRs must adhere to the 1.5m social distancing rule at all times. A limitation of the number of people in store will be highlighted at each Kiehl’s boutique.
4. CONTACTLESS PAYMENT
We will only be accepting card payments to minimise physical contact.
CALL AND COLLECT SERVICE
From our roots as an apothecary, the health and wellbeing of our customers is something we take seriously. That’s why we came up with additional ways to safely provide everyone with the chance to discover their personalized skin solutions.
In addition to online ordering, you can now call ahead during our trading hours to place an order at your local Kiehl’s store and arrange free no contact pickup.
