Here you will find all of your account information including points balance, transaction history, available vouchers and more. You can also update your preferences for how we contact you, including if you’d like to hear about exciting offers, skincare advice and more on top of your Kiehl’s Rewards information that we will send to you (if you are opted in to receiving these communications).

Kiehl’s Rewards is free to join here. To create a Kiehl’s Rewards account, simply provide your full name and email address, plus your date and month of birth to receive your exclusive Kiehl’s Rewards Birthday Reward. If you are creating an account online, you will also need to create a password.

Collect Kiehl’s Rewards points every time you shop. $1 spend = 1 point. Earn points online and at your nearest Kiehl’s Boutique or eligible Kiehl’s counter. You can also earn points for recycling your empty Kiehl’s formulas at any Kiehl’s Boutique. 1 empty = 20 points. For more information see the Kiehl’s Rewards Terms & Conditions.

Points will expire 12 months after they are earned. This means that if you make multiple purchases in one year, you will have points expiring on multiple dates the following year. For example, if you spend $50 on 1 February of the first year, you will earn 50 points. These points will expire at the end of 31 January of the second year. Shopping online? Points for purchases made at kiehls.com.au will be awarded once the order is shipped. Shopping in-store at a Kiehl’s Boutique or Department Store? Points for purchases made in a free-standing store can take up to 24 hours to appear on your Rewards Dashboard.
