Welcome to My Kiehl's Rewards!

My Kiehl’s Rewards is the Kiehl’s loyalty program where members enjoy exclusive offers, gifts, early access to new launches and promotions, and so much more. Joining the program is free and you earn points every time you shop online at kiehls.com.au or at any of our Kiehl’s Boutiques. You can also earn points through other activities (as set out in our Terms and Conditions ). Members can then redeem points for Kiehl’s vouchers, merchandise, and products online at kiehls.com.au. Your annual spend will determine a tier status and each tier unlocks even more benefits. Being a member of the Kiehl’s family has never been so rewarding!

My Kiehl’s Rewards is free to join here. To create a My Kiehl’s Rewards account, simply provide your full name, contact details, and date of birth to ensure you receive your exclusive Birthday Reward! If you are creating an account online, you will also need to create a password. If you are under the age of 18, you need the consent of your parent or legal guardian to join.​

You collect My Kiehl’s Rewards points every time you shop, recycle, and complete consultations. Ensure you sign in online or provide your email address in-store to earn points on your account.​

Shopping: You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, with this getting greater as you move up to the higher-level tiers (from Everest onwards).
Recycling: You earn 40 points for every Kiehl’s empty container you recycle in our Kiehl’s Boutiques. Find out more here​.
Consultations: You earn between 50-150 points for each consultation you complete. The consultation can either be online through our Instant Skin Reader, or in our boutiques with our powerful Derma-Reader technology. The more consultations you complete, the more points you earn! You cannot earn points for completing consultations more than once in a 30-day period.​

Your annual spend will determine your tier status and each tier unlocks even more My Kiehl’s Rewards perks. There are four tiers: Extra, Super, Everest, and Summit. Perks include Welcome gifts, early access to special offers, an exclusive Birthday Reward, quarterly tier-based gifts, bonus points, exclusive events, and VIP vouchers. You can convert your points into dollar vouchers by signing in to your account and accessing your Rewards Dashboard. We will notify you if you have enough points for a voucher. Once you have converted your points into a voucher you will have 30 days to use it either online at Kiehls.com.au or in one our Boutiques.

We will notify you using the email address linked to your My Kiehl’s Rewards account approximately 7 days before any of your vouchers are due to expire, granted you have not opted out of receiving My Kiehl’s Rewards communications. If you return or cancel an order in which you redeemed a My Kiehl’s Rewards voucher, the voucher will be reissued to your account with its original expiry date. You can convert your points into products or merchandise by signing into your account and accessing the Rewards Vault. The Rewards Vault is an exclusive perk for those in Super, Everest, and Summit tiers, with each tier unlocking more exclusive items you can redeem your points for. We will notify you if you have enough points to redeem a product or merchandise, granted you have not opted out of receiving My Kiehl’s Rewards communications.
