2021 Price Increase

 

On January 11, 2021, Kiehls.com.au will implement a price increase which will affect all products. Please kindly acknowledge the final price of the products during checkout as it may have changed, if products were added to the cart before 2 pm AEDT 11 January 2021.Thank you in advance for your support.

 

 

Delivery Delays

 

Due to increased demand during the holiday period, please expect up to 72h delays with processing your order. Rest assured, we are doing our best to get orders to you as soon as we can. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

To our Kiehl's lovers in Melbourne – we are delighted to once again safely serve our community. Our doors have now re-opened for all your skincare needs.

 

We want to assure you of our continued commitment to the health and safety of our customers and employees. Our stores and counters have received a thorough cleaning while our payment terminals and consultation tables will be sanitised between each customer. Our in-store experts are social distancing and wearing masks. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep everyone updated as needed. We understand you may not be ready to come see us in-store yet and that’s okay. We are still offering call & collect and online Live Chat so please give us a call or shop online instead 😀

While we are not currently experiencing any shipment delays from our warehouse, Australia Post (Particularly in Metro and Regional Victoria) are seeing a large uplift in parcels processing through their network during this exceptionally busy time for online shopping. This may result in delays in the updating of online tracking information (up to a 24-hour delay) and an additional 3-5 days for delays.
